Today’s a big day in the ambigram contest world: There’s a new contest in our discord server! While our Plant Life contest may have proven a bit more difficult for our members (but we do have a handful of wonderful entries!) I think this particular contest will provide ample opportunities and inspiration for our intrepid artists, because who doesn’t love color?!
As always, there will be two weeks to prepare one stunning ambigram that fits this excellent theme. Truly, the sky is the limit for our artists, and maybe even further - just check out how colorful some of the nebula the JWST is capturing! I can’t wait to see some vibrant gem tones or some lush pastels splashed all over the screen when we finally get to see all the entries!
And in further contest news, voting is now open on ambigr.am’s Mortality contest! There are always excellent pieces from some of our community’s top tier artists, and I always look forward to seeing what they’ve created. And it looks like they’ve had an excellent turnout for the current contest, so be sure to check it out to see some amazing ambigrams!
Finally, the Glyphs & Alphabets discord server just kicked off their weekly ambigram contest, and the word this week is CURTAIN. I’m sure there will be some creative entries for that one!
